These terms and who they bind

This website is operated by PT. Yupiter Baru Jaya, Jl. Sungai Barito Raya No. 17A, Kramat Pela, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12130, Indonesia ("we", "us"). By using the site or sending an enquiry through it you accept these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

The site is intended for business use by industrial buyers. It is not directed at consumers, and it contains no shopping cart, no checkout and no online payment.

Information, not an offer

Descriptions of supply areas, categories and sectors on this site are general information about what we do. They are not an offer to sell, a representation of stock held, or a statement that any specific item is available. Nothing on the site forms a contract.

Images and diagrams on the site are illustrative. Where a section of the site is marked as a placeholder, the content is not yet confirmed and must not be relied on.

How quotes and orders work

Submitting the form sends us a request for a quotation. It does not create an order and does not oblige either side to proceed. A quotation we issue is valid only for the period stated on it, applies only to the specification recorded on it, and remains subject to availability at the time of order.

An order exists only once we confirm it in writing. Where an order is placed, the commercial terms stated in our quotation and order confirmation — price, currency, lead time, delivery terms, payment terms and warranty — govern that transaction and prevail over anything on this website.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the specification, part numbers, drawings and quantities you supply. We will raise anything that looks inconsistent, but a quotation is prepared against the specification as confirmed with you.

Trademarks and site content

Any manufacturer name, brand or part number referred to in correspondence or on this site belongs to its owner and is used only to identify equipment and parts. Such a reference does not imply that we are an authorized dealer, agent or licensee of that manufacturer unless we state so expressly in writing.

The text, layout and graphics of this site are ours. You may view and print pages for your own business purposes; you may not republish, resell or systematically copy the site or use it to build a competing listing or database.

Acceptable use and attachments

Use the enquiry form only for genuine business requests. Do not submit automated traffic, malware, unlawful material, or documents you are not entitled to share, and do not use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages to us.

By uploading a document or photograph you confirm you may lawfully share it with us for the purpose of obtaining a quotation. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field; submissions that trigger it are discarded. We may block or ignore traffic that abuses the form.

Communications from us

When you submit an enquiry we send transactional email — an acknowledgement, clarifying questions, and the quotation itself — using Amazon Simple Email Service. These messages relate to your request; they are not marketing, and there is no mailing list on this site. How that data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Email delivery depends on systems outside our control. If you have not received an expected reply, check your spam folder and then call us — we do not treat a missing email as a closed enquiry.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that general information on it is complete or current. Technical selection advice given informally, before a specification is confirmed in writing, is given in good faith and is not a substitute for your own engineering judgement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production, downtime, lost profit or lost data, arising from use of this website. Liability in connection with goods supplied is governed by the quotation and order confirmation for that order, and by any applicable manufacturer warranty. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.

Export controls and sanctions

Goods are supplied subject to applicable export control, customs and sanctions rules in Indonesia, in the destination country and in the country of origin of the goods. You must tell us the true end use and end destination, and you must not re-export goods in breach of those rules. We may decline or cancel any enquiry or order that we believe would breach them.

Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes relating to the website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. Third-party sites linked from here are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
