Replacement and consumable parts for equipment already in service. Send a part number, an assembly drawing, a nameplate or a photo of the failed part — identification comes first, then the quote.

STEP 01

Send the specification

A part number, datasheet, nameplate photo or a description of the duty. Whatever you have is a starting point.

STEP 02

Receive a quote

We confirm what the item is, ask about anything ambiguous, and quote against the confirmed specification.

STEP 03

Coordinate supply

Order handling, documentation and shipping arrangements are confirmed with you in writing before dispatch.

Lead times, availability and commercial terms are confirmed per enquiry. Stocked items typically ship within 3–7 working days of order confirmation; items sourced to order follow the manufacturer's lead time, stated on the quotation. Export shipments are quoted FOB Jakarta by default, with CIF, CFR or DAP available on request. Air freight, sea freight and courier are all arranged; documentation is issued per shipment.
